Vishal Vohra, President & CEO
He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1993. He was recruited by Bankers Trust, New York and worked in their IT division for a number of years before moving to Morgan Stanley, New York. Returned to India and set up Rheal Software (P) Limited in 2000. He has grown the company to a staff of over 100 developers serving over 400 clients in the US, Canada, UK and Australia. His primary role at Rheal is Sales & Business Development.
Ranjan Vohra, CFO
He graduated from Boston College with a Master's Degree in Finance in 1993. He has been involved with Rheal since its inception and had been providing advice on the various aspects of the business from day to day financial operations to business development to foreign exchange hedging. His primary role at Rheal is Finance.
Ramnath Iyer, CTO
Ramnath is a problem solver. With over two decades of expertise under his belt, he is the go-to guy for technical needs. He joined Rheal during its inception years in 2003 and has played a significant role in adaptation and implementation of newer technologies in Rheal, thus enabling the company to evolve and materialize the benefits from it. With a binary brain over his shoulders, he has the ability to see things for what they are and provide valuable insights in organizational decision making.
Ramnath is insanely health conscious and believes that a healthy body and mind goes a long way. He is very diverse when it comes to reading and enjoys anything from fiction to spirituality. He is also a diehard Trekkie.
Arun Jadhav, COO
With over 25 years of experience, Arun is a seasoned professional adept at navigating the complexities of project management and operational leadership. Over his 20-year tenure at Rheal, he has led cross-functional teams in delivering projects across diverse technologies. His journey includes pivotal roles in Training, Quality, Recruitment and HR and brings a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen, making him a valuable asset in driving organizational success.
Outside of work, Arun enjoys driving, traveling, and socializing. He easily connects with people and has an uncanny ability to make friends with strangers he meets during his travels.
Ravindra Sonone, Senior Delivery Manager | Talent Acquisition Manager
Ravindra graduated from the Pune University with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science in 2003. Passionate for technology and team collaboration, he has evolved from a software developer to a Project manager in the 18-year long journey with Rheal. He believes that work should be enjoyable and strives to foster a positive and motivating environment for his team.
In addition to his project management duties, Ravindra plays a key role in recruitment and training, implementing effective processes to onboard and develop new talent.
Outside of work, Ravindra enjoys exploring new destinations. He finds joy in trekking and discovering offbeat places, turning each journey into a memorable adventure.
Darrell Fernandes, Senior Delivery Manager
Darrell is a Project Manager with a passion for fun. He has been working with Rheal Software for the past 17 years. He started off as a software developer and has grown with the company since then. He believes in “Job is not something that you just do, but something that you enjoy doing”. He tries to bring this flavor within his team and create an atmosphere where people enjoy doing what they do.
Darrell has a deep passion for travel and finds immense joy in embarking on road trips to explore the uncharted territories and off beat destinations making each journey a memorable experience.
Ranjana Gurav, Senior Delivery Manager
Ranjana is a people person and a team player. She joined Rheal in 2006 and her abilities to interact with team members in an informal way makes her a fun person to work with. She is highly dedicated and always willing to go the extra mile to make things happen. She is also a very good executor and believes in following protocol come what may. Her innate tendencies to care for others, be it clients or fellow employees never goes unnoticed.
Ranjana is a workaholic but enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She is a joyful person with a good sense of humor who gets the off joke. She is a foodie and enjoys trying different cuisine. Not to say that she has a sweet tooth and there is always room for dessert.
Dipti Shinde, Project Manager
Dipti is a Project Manager at Rheal Software, a company she has been associated with for over 12 years. She started her career with the company as a Software programmer and has gradually progressed to become a successful project leader. Dipti's hard work, dedication, and expertise in her field have helped her reach new heights in her career. Her easy-going attitude and approachability make her a popular figure among her team members.
Outside of work, Dipti enjoys reading and travelling. She finds these activities to be the perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate after a busy workweek.
Pranav Bhatt, Project Manager
Having joined Rheal as a programmer analyst in 2010 and advancing to be a project manager by 2021, Pranav has consistently demonstrated exceptional teamwork and leadership, effectively steering projects to success. His diverse skill set, and natural leadership qualities have made him a trusted figure among his colleagues.
He lives by the philosophy: "Don’t wish for things to be easier; strive to become better." This guiding principle inspires his team to achieve high-quality outcomes, ultimately benefiting the customer. He excels in fostering strong client relationships, built on a foundation of trust and consistent delivery.
Outside of work, Pranav cherishes spending time with his family and friends. He has a passion for travel and exploring new places, and he is deeply fascinated by the mysteries of space exploration.
