The client is a US based software publisher of a desktop based CRM software that tracks customer information, inventory, sales and everything needed for tax purposes. Boulevard is very customizable and has easy importing options to get up and running quickly!
The client had developed a desktop/standalone application to fulfill CRM requirements of Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants and similar sales agents to handle customer data, products, inventory, invoices, appointments etc. Rheal was involved in developing the latest version of this desktop application. After successful implementation of the desktop application, the client was looking to migrate the existing application to a SAAS based web platform.
The client required a technology partner who could understand their existing application and develop the new application from the ground up so that it would be robust and scalable on the web platform. They also wanted to ensure that the new application would overcome the limitations of the existing application and could be easily customized to any industry needs for the requirements of CRM.
Rheal was chosen to accomplish developing this challenging application due to our experience, capabilities and our intricate knowledge of their existing desktop application.
We developed an integrated application from the ground up that can efficiently manage all the CRM, Invoicing, Inventory, Appointments, Suppliers, Reporting etc. It is extremely robust and can handle several thousand client accounts.
